Mona is a very experienced customer service professional and based on that experience, she has developed a customer first approach focused on helping prospective home buyers satisfy their needs. She is a long-time resident of Anderson Creek Club and has been an integral part of its development process and, therefore, is well versed in all of the advantages of making it your home. Over the past 5 years, her personalized, customer oriented approach has made her one of the top REALTORs® at Anderson Creek Realty. Mona makes it a point to listen to and understand what the customer wants and is expert at meeting those needs. Her warm and outgoing personality creates a cordial team atmosphere in which she, the customer, the builder and the mortgage broker work in harmony to the single end of customer satisfaction.
Mona is particularly sensitive to the needs of military families. This is because her Dad was an Army Master Sergeant (who served in WW II and Korea) and she was raised in a military family. In addition, her husband is a Retired Army Colonel who served two tours in Vietnam (who is currently a sitting North Carolina Senator). She is equally aware of and sensitive to the needs of those who are planning retirement in a gracious and welcoming community.
Mona is active in community affairs and is a member of the Fayetteville Regional Association of Realtors, the Anderson Creek Women’s Club (GFWC) and the local Veterans of Foreign Wars women’s auxiliary.
